3G Universal Power Strip Enhancements

WES.A Series ("A Series"the most Compact design, 1.6" socket spacing, Can't take UK plug side by side): 

1.     Update to use the new WAbc universal socket:

      'b':  It will take Brazil's new Type N BR-2 and BR-3 plugs

'c':  Correct the N-L reversal problem with the Swiss plug ("CH" is the two character country code for Switzerland)

2.     Completely redesigned safety shutters to squeeze in the entire safety shutter inside the R4 socket

3.     We couldn't do this because the old R4 safety shutters were well too big: It was half inside the R4 and half outside the R4

4.     This was why the first generation WE-4A series could never have safety shutters

WES.T Series ("T Series", the UK Friendly design, 2.0" socket spacing, Can take UK plug side by side):

1.     All of our new universal power strips will be CE certified and RoHS 2 certified.

4.     Update to use the new WAbc universal socket:

      Our universal power strips are the only one with built-in IC board to protect MOV surge protection and to support LED lights indicators.

6.     Put MOVs on IC Board

      We are the pioneer to add MOV surge protection to universal power strips - and we do it the right way!

      To prevent "MOV Explosion", we have an extra fuse on our IC Board to protect our MOVs.

      Adding MOV to the open circuit, not on an IC Board, actually add more Hazard to a power strip - "MOV Explosion" can start a big fire.

3.     Add a Ground LED light, a MOV LED light - now it is an Intelligent universal power strip!

      Enable you to tell if the MOV is still working (not burned out by a surge yet). If the MOV surge protection is burned out, you have the option to decide to continue to use this power strip or to throw them away - in the old model, you have no way to tell if the MOV is burned out or not.

2.     Double-Pole On/Off RESET button, increase Thermal Surge Protection from 2,000 Watts to 4,000 Watts

      Double-Pole switch can completely cut off the electrical current when it is turned off. Single-Pole switch cannot!

      This effectively upgrades our surge protection rating to 4,450 Joules (4,000 joules in CBS + 450 joules in MOV).

5.     Fixed the very annoying "safety shutters" problem for "US Flat-End" plug

      It was very difficult to insert US plugs into the universal sockets of a WES4.3, especially US plugs with "flat end" (those with "curved end" are a little easier to do). Even worse, the old safety shutters will slowly "push out" US plugs; i.e., after a few days or sometimes after a few hours, suddenly your application will lose power without any warning - because the old safety shutters has pushed your US plugs out of the socket.

6.     WES.T6 comes with a built-in "Tandem connector" at the end

      Yes, you will get the "daisy-chain" feature for free.

7.     Add 4-oulet WES.T4 complete this series

      This has become a very popular model for travelling and for export companies with limited space.

8.     Use the highest quality material

      Upgrade the plastic to the highest quality Phosphorus Copper to offer the highest conductivity.

      Upgrade the plastic to the highest quality Non-Flaming "PC", with twice the "impact strength" of "ABS". The report says "PC" is better than "ABS" in every aspect except pricing - it is true that "PC" material cost a lot more!

WES.eA Series ("eA Series", the most Compact design, 1.6" socket spacing, Can't take UK plug side by side):

1.     Kept all 3G enhancements except the following new upgrade.

2.     Replaced the R4 sockets with an Open Circuits

      Build a power strip the right way, not the "lazy" way.

3.     Applied the new Schuko Ground Support to the new eA series

      This is our latest and greatest Innovation (20 years innovation patent pending.

      Our universal power strips are the only one will not lose Schuko grounding when used with Schuko electrical devices.

4.     Applied the new Safety Shutters to the eA series

      This is our latest and greatest Innovation (20 years innovation patent pending.

5.     Add all eT new features to the eA series, including built-in IC Board

      Our universal power strips are the only one with built-in IC board to support MOV surge protection and LED lights indicators. This is such a great feature on our third generation T power strip, we decided to add them to our new eA power strips.

That is, eT is the world's most compact universal power strip but still meeting the UK power strip's width requirement.
