Military Orders — All domestic APO addresses (AE, AP and AA) are shipped via USPS “Priority Mail”. It’s been our experience that even though sometimes it may take a while, with Priority Mail USPS always handles APO addresses extremely reliable!

USPS Priority Mail is cost effective for small orders, but can be very difficult to track. USPS packages do get lost sometimes. USPS never guarantees 100% delivery – i.e., it is “best effort” only. Please note that we are NOT responsible if USPS says “package delivered” but you do not have your package.

Return Policy

Wonpro LLC agrees to replace any Wonpro product, sold by Wonpro LLC, which has failed within ONE YEAR. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the merchandises. Please send e-mail to sales@europlugs.com or call 480-298-0924 to obtain an RMA number.

If you wish to return a product for any reason, we will gladly accept the return with no questions asked. Your merchandise must be returned within 30 days. There will be a 25% re-stocking fee unless they were defective (failed within one year) or were shipped incorrectly.

All merchandise must be returned in their original packaging. You must include with the return all manuals, accessories and parts. We have very very few returns, indeed much less than 0.1%. Please note that Nobody Likes Returns including us – any return is a serious waste of our time & our money, and your time & your money. So, if you are not sure which products to order – Please Call!
